There's no official seller of replacement UPS parts such as the fan you listed.

The fan part number you provided is a fan manufactured by Sunon. You may be able to locate the fan from an online reseller, but the majority I found are for bulk orders only.

If the UPS is fairly old your best bet may just be to trade the UPS in to APC and put the value toward a new unit.
