I recently installed an ES 750 UPS with the Master/Controlled Outlets. When I 've enabled these outlets, the Mac will re-awaken immediately after going to sleep, it seems to be at the same time that the UPS shuts down the controlled outlets. Is there a way to make this feature work , since it was the feature that I bought this particular UPS for? Thanks!

from my experience, someone told me, specifically with the macs, that they draw a good amount of wattage while in sleep mode. so what might be happening is, it goes to sleep, the wattage in the power supply jumps up past the threshold and then the UPS thinks the computer is back on so it commands everything back on and then the items in the controlled outlets may start powering on and off while this is happening.
you might want to try playing with the threshold settings for these outlets. [here is a link to the manual if you dont have a hard copy|]. it goes over how to adjust the threshold setting i mentioned.
maybe anyone else who has seen this can chime in.
