Well, today I wanted to TradeUPS a BE750G for a BE850G2 for a client and the Add to Cart button says "Call for Availability 800-800-4272"
So I called, and now the CSR is telling me that I can no longer TradeUPS a BackUPS device for a BackUPS device. I can only do the TradeUPSto a SmartUPS device. In fact, the CSR pointed me to the text on the web page:

I've been an APC partner for over a decade and I am HORRIFIED that there is ABSOLUTELY NO NOTICE to PARTNERS about a major program change.
This is DISGRACEFUL CORPORATE BEHAVIOR on a level I have NEVER encountered.
To say that I am livid about this unannounced change is an understatement.
