Back-UP RS 900 Battery failures.

We purchased @75 RS 900s about 8 months ago and installed about 50 of the units six months ago. With-in the last two weeks we have had 5 failures.
"Replace Battery" warnings; and the batteries a clearly bad, see attachments. Has anyone else had battery failures after six months and if so do you notice who made the battery?

Seem like the units with the Vision CP1270 batteries are failing. The unit with the Long WP7.2-12 seems to be ok.

Am getting tried of swapping out these units with APC already. Am wondering if the CP1270 are just defective.
