When I'm in the last step of the order the APC site says me that they have finished the batteries.

the local sales support says that the batteries are not in stock at the moment.

offical sales manager says that the battery are out of stock since december 2015.

I'm really disappointed. hope to hear something from you soon.

Am I talking with APC or with a cheap aftermarket brand?
