I have a Smart-UPS that I have come into possession of, however when I hold the power button to turn it on, all I get is a beep, a click (as if it is turned on) and that is it. There are no lights that come on in the front. When I hold the Off button the UPS will click again, beep, and meter lights will flash. Any idea as to why it is doing that? As well as how to remedy that?
Any help would be great.
Thanks

Good day Brennan,
In order to help you further we would appreciate if you can provide the model and serial number of the UPS. This would help us identify the power requirements of your UPS. At the back of your UPS, do you see a sensitivity LED that is lit up? For domestic units, there is also a site wiring fault indicator that tell us if there's any problem with your electrical wirings in your premises.
