Our on-site technician has indicated that there's no model number/serial number sticker on the back of the two SURTA3000RMXL3U units at his site (contrasting, both SURT192XLBP battery packs have this sticker). Is there an alternate location for the identification sticker on Smart-UPS 3000VA? I don't have a 3000VA on hand to reference, so perhaps a precise description of the normal location of the sticker would help us guide him. The model number is an assumption based on the other UPS units this client has deployed previously, but these two 3000VAs are in China so the model number may be different and maybe this impacted where the serial number is located. Any guide is appreciated.

I would check behind the front bezel where you access the battery connectors for the UPS.

Great suggestion! I've sent that to the on-site, so we'll see what he comes back with. I seem to remember seeing a white sticker behind the bezel on a couple of 3kVA US units I deployed last year, so I'm hopeful that he'll find it there.

Model & Serial # sticker were found under the bezel. Marked as Answered. Thanks!
