Hey guys,
moved my SUA3000RMI2U to newer rack and now it would produce constant beep every time I am hooking up the power cable or power it on.
the unit is 1 year old. bought from new with mfg warranty.

Yeah, if the unit behaves normally besides the tone, it could be a faulty alarm that was jiggled around or something when you moved it. Glad its all set now though, I am sure the noise was driving you nuts.

Are there any LEDs on the front panel on/flashing while this beeping is happening?

No, no LEDs are flashing or are on. It actually behaves as normal unit except for this annoying beep. It started immediately after I moved the unit and hooked the power cable, didn't even push power button. The unit remained switched off and was beeping. Then I pressed test/on and it performed the self test while constantly beeping. I tried loaded and unloaded unit, different wall sockets but it still beeps. Pretty confusing.
