I received a new Backup pro 1500 yesterday. Now, when I turn off the backup, the icon "replace batery" show.
What happens??
Also, the error F02 ever show when the backup work on battery mode.
Thank you very much for your help.

F02 is explained here ->http://www.apcmedia.com/salestools/EALN-7V5MXA/EALN-7V5MXA_R1_EN.pdf
Regardless, this is a battery issue and before we get too concerned, you need to let the UPS charge up for about 24 hours to eliminated a discharged battery as the root problem.
If you have frequent power outages that can disrupt charging while the UPS is on, please turn the UPS off but leave it plugged in for at least 24 hours without touching it and then go ahead and turn it back on after the 24 hours to ensure the battery is charged. Then, I'd see if you still have a replace battery indicator and F02.
