Port is not responding

Hello !
I have smart ups 750 XLI and extended run battery pack SUA24XLBP. Portabel pc BENQ JoyBOOK S53 .
I connect the UPS'port in usb portabel pc'port. software PowerChute business edition basic .
I dont have success in battery pack .install..... PORT IS NOT RESPONDING . ?

Serial port my pc portabel arenot equivalent with cable furnish my UPS .My problem is because I havent internet in my PC desk where serial cable coresponding. Thanks .

Even though the serial ports are not the same, if you are using USB, you should be able to install just the Agent portion of the PowerChute software, and then so long as you have a microsoft loopback adapter address, which, by default is normally http://127.0.0.1, you can go to the agent interface on port 3052.
