Contact  : xxxx

Serial Number : xxxxxxxxx
Device Serial Number : NA

Hello,

You'll want to review this knowledge base article: http://www.apc.com/support/index?page=content&country=ITB〈=en&locale=en_US&id=FA156063

You'll want to review the full event log to understand if this is expected or unexpeted. If it is unexpected and not because of a configuration change, etc or other items outlined in the article, then you'll want to refer to the end of the article and try the different steps/provide the requested log files.
