Dear all,
I'm just to buy a new Smart_UPS 750 and I can't communicated with them.
I don't know how to configure the server and the others settinngs to communicate with the UPS.
can I help me someone?

When I try to connect with the USB cable my computer don't recognize the UPS.
And when try to connect with serial cable is the same situaton.
I don't know if I need to configure something with the IP or other parameters or install any driver.
Now I have installed the consoloe aplication and the agent web interface but I can't connect with the UPS.

Can you check device manager> Batteries and under Human Interface Devices after connecting the USB cable from the UPS?

bq. Can you provide the part# of the UPS? You can get if from the white sticker with bar codes at the back of the UPS. Also, what is the operating system of the server you are trying to use the UPS with and what cable are you using?(USB or serial)

Are you using the USB A to B cable or the serial cable (RJ45 to DB9) that came with the UPS? If you are using the serial cable, do you get the balloon notification that you'd usually get whenever you connect a USB peripheral? Can you also check device manager?
