The battery power is too low to support the load; if power fails, the UPS will be shut down immediately. |

Compensating for a high input voltage. |

UPS is working, but battery doesn't seem to be getting a charge, not sure how to fix.
thanks

it must have just been needing a good charge. Checked this morning and its "online' and green.
The unit was brand new to me, but must have been sitting in some stockroom for years. MFG on battery is 2014. Its charged 100% now though.
thanks
Sean

The float voltage of your battery is currently 136v, so it is definitely getting a charge. I see in your title that the unit is new. Do you have the serial number? Also - Have you adjusted the low battery signal time from the factory defaults?
