Hi Angela

No i haven't change any settings.

Yes i let UPS to run for more than 2 hours in this mode.

I don't have UPS network Management Card but I will try my best to connect PowerChute Software. Once I do, I will let you know.

Thanks. Zohaib

How old is the battery? "Good" voltage doesn't necessarily mean you have a good battery that can support a load.

Can you confirm what LEDs you see as far as when you say it beeps overload warning? And is the LED solid or flashing? And what does the tone sound like? Is it a constant tone? And how do you get the issue to clear?

We need to understand the sequence more clearly - "on power cut off" - is that input power is lost and the UPS goes to battery?

Thanks for your reply.

Batteries are 6 Monthes old and doing good on other UPS. Even on this UPS they give More than 2 hours backup on full load.

2 Leds are on. The First one is Loads Powered Battery (solid On). The second is the last led of (Battery Charge/ Utility Voltage Bar Graph) and that's flashing.

The tone beeps regularly without any delay.

Yes "on power cut Off " Means Input Power is lost and UPS goes to Battery.

Thanks again. Zohaib

Have you changed any settings on your UPS? What it sounds like you're describing is a low battery warning. The time when this happens can be modified by the user which is why I ask. Have you let the UPS run for two hours in this mode or does it only happen after the UPS has been on battery for some time but still happens prematurely in your opinion?

Are you able to connect PowerChute software to this UPS via USB or serial connection? Or have a UPS Network Management Card you can install in the UPS? The logs from either item may be more helpful to understand what is happening.
