I have been here before and had someone look up a serial number to give me a back door username/password so that I can log into the UPS. There are now two more UPSs that are giving us a log in problem.
Serial Numbers:
AB0438340847
AB0438341488
Could someone get me the back door credentials for these units? I need to reset one of the outlets at a remote site.
Thanks,
Justin
