I recently bought a Nobreak APC BZ2200BI-BR 2200VA 1360W, bivolt/115V for an DELL Server with Windows Server 2008.
I connected the USB cable, installed the USB Serial Driver and the SGM Light Software, but when I open the software, it crash.
What I´m doing wrong?

Our web site list SMG Auto-Shutdown as "Easily configurable utilities for network administrators that enables PowerChute to provide safe shutdown of mission-critical applications on servers". This software is an "Application Shutdown Utility" and shows that SMG Auto-Shutdown being compatible with Windows 7, Vista, and XP and does not list Windows 8 but again local technical support should be able to help.
