AP9617 "Error: The application was not able to load." After Firmware Upgrade

I just upgraded my firmware on my APC 3000RM with AP9617 and the upgrade appeared to be successful. But afterwards I couldn't access the router via browser. I can telnet with no problems. All of my settings are intact. I've tried restarting the management interface and that didn't help. We know the network is ok as I can access the device.

Here's the Error

Error: The application was not able to load.
You are attempting to access an APC device.
There was a problem loading the application. Please login to the device via telnet for more details.

The first thing to try is running the upgrade again. Since SUMX 372 with AOS 373 is the latest, it looks like AOS successfully updated so the update just needs to put the SUMX app back in.
