Hi...
we have an AP7922 PDU that we acquired used. Its serial number is ZA1002007798. I would be really grateful if someone in APC could generate a back door password for me as its pretty much just a brick for us right now.

Hi Bill...
thanks for this. Unfortunately we have been through this procedure multiple times - our electronics engineer came in and made multiple different serial cables all with different pinouts. In spite of everything we tried, we cannot get a prompt on the serial console. This guy does know what he is doing 🙂
However, we have managed to find its original IP address so we can connect via telnet and http.
Can you generate a password that would allow us to do a reset over telnet?
